The Ontario Immigration Nominee Program (OINP) offers the International Graduate Stream for international graduates of Masters and PhD programs who wish to immigrate to the province.
The International Graduate Stream provides 2 immigration pathways for international students: the Masters Graduate Stream and the PhD Graduate (PG) stream.
The International Graduate Stream does not require you to have an arranged employment offer to qualify. Successful candidates will receive a provincial nomination from the OINP.
They can apply for permanent residency to the government body of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
If you want to apply for the Masters Graduate Stream, then you must:
You can meet the settlement fund requirements by submitting a valid job offer letter from a designated employer in the province.
You must also demonstrate that you have a strong connection to the province through current or previous employment, job offer, education, volunteer work, lease agreements or property ownership, professional networks and affiliations, family ties, social connections or personal relationships and previous visits to Ontario.

The PhD Graduate Stream is available for a limited period and accepts only a predetermined number of applications. If your application is approved by the OINP, then you will receive the provincial nomination.
You must apply for permanent residency within 6 months of receiving the nomination.
