I am a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant with many years of experience at multiple reputable law firms. Additionally, I have studied Linguistics, and taught English to foreign workers, including refugees and students. My legal career started at a reputable law firm where I assisted with applications to the Federal Court and Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. Later, at another high-volume law firm, my focus shifted to Labour Market Impact Assessment applications, intra-company transfers, and corporate work permit applications. Subsequently, I worked at a business law firm, handling incorporations, assisting with business plans, and shared certificates. Additionally, I served as a consultant, contributing to the development of a startup law firm.
In my current role at My Visa Source, I oversee the business immigration side, primarily handling Labour Market Impact Assessment applications, intra-company transfers, and occasionally temporary resident applications under business immigration. Having immigrated to Canada from South Korea on a student visa and gone through over 10 years of the immigration journey to become a Canadian citizen, I truly understand the challenges and requirements for immigrants to establish themselves in a new country.
Outside of work, I like to exercise and cook.

We did run into an issue in the beginning as my partner initially started his PR progress with the intent of going through his work to get his PR. There were some difficulties that ended up leading us into doing his PR through common-law sponsorship, which ended up being a blessing in disguise as we were appointed a new Lawyer & team.

Because we were applying through common-in-law sponsorship, my team was Harley and Natasha, an amazing team! We worked for about 4-5 month on the file to make sure everything needed was there.
